About the Authority

We at the Public Complaint Authority understand everyone's desire to be heard, and we're here to hear you.

We might not listen, but we believe in sharing and making light of all of the common things we as a society tend to consider to be "problems."

The important thing to understand is that although we may make light of your situation, we may not offer to actually help, and we may even offer bits of sarcasm, we want you to understand that you are not alone and you are understood.

The Public Complaint Authority exists to provide a place where complaints can be submitted, concerns can be acknowledged, and life's minor frustrations can receive the attention they have always deserved—or at least the attention we are willing to give them.
